The project will evaluate whether State Paid Family Leave policies facilitate middle-aged adults in balancing competing responsibilities of informal caregiving and formal employment. This project is led by Kanika Arora, a former ASI doctoral student who is now as Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Management and Policy at the University of Iowa.
