Yuzhe (Richard) Tang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of EECS at Syracuse University. His research is broadly on distributed systems and cyber-security, with the current focus on Blockchain and Intel SGX technologies. Dr. Tang earns his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2014. He publishes papers in ICDCS, ACSAC, EDBT, HotCloud, CIKM, SecureComm, TKDE, TPDS, and serves in various technical program committees in venues such as ICDCS, TKDE, ToCS, IPDPS. Dr. Tang receives the Best Paper award in ACM/IEEE CCGrid 2015 and the Best Paper award in IEEE Cloud 2012.
