Curriculum VitaeBiography:
Dr. Vasilenko’s research applies innovative methods of data analysis to understand changes in health and well-being across the lifespan. Specifically, she is interested in a) how predictors and consequences of sexual behavior changes across the lifespan, b) how multidimensional patterns of early risk and protective factors influence later health and c) applications of longitudinal and person-centered methods to answer new questions about development. She has served as a Principal or Co-Investigator on multiple grants from the National Institutes of Health and other sources. She currently is a consulting editor of the Journal of Research on Adolescence and on the editorial board of Applied Developmental Science.
