This year’s collaborative Upstate Population Workshop, now in its 8th year, is jointly sponsored by the Center for Aging and Policy Studies (CAPS) at Syracuse, the Cornell Population Center, and the School of Public Health, University at Albany. CAPS at Syracuse University will be the host institution for this year’s workshop, which will be held on Friday, November 1.
