Grant Description:
We examined differences in food insecurity and physical and mental health outcomes among Hispanic children in established versus high growth Hispanic destinations along the rural-urban continuum and identify for which health outcomes SNAP participation and food security have the strongest associations and whether these relationships vary across these spatial contexts.
