Grant Description:
This project continues previous work conducted with the Health Foundation of Western and Central New York on the Triggers of Decline project. The current project involves writing a policy brief, published by the Syracuse University Aging Studies Institute, about the Triggers of Decline conceptual framework and its implications for policy and practice, presenting at professional meetings, and publishing in trade or academic journals.
