Congratulations to Miriam Mutambudzi (Syracuse) and Seth Sanders (Cornell) for their 2021 CAPS Teaming Award. They will collaborate on an NIA grant proposal to examine how labor market conditions since the Great Recession have affected Black-white inequities in a cardiovascular and metabolic health.
Congratulations to Elizabeth Vasquez (Albany) and Dan Lichter (Cornell) for their 2021 CAPS Teaming Award. Dan will provide mentorship to Elizabeth and her collaborator, Sandra Echeverria at UNC, on their NIA grant proposal to examine how U.S. state policies and contexts shape cardiovascular risk among older immigrants.
