Aging Families/Changing Families:
An International Conference

Syracuse, NY

June 3-6, 2015

Merril Silverstein InformalsDear Colleagues:

Welcome to the Aging Families/Changing Families Conference Website!  I am pleased to invite your participation in this international conference to be held at Syracuse University in New York between June 3-6, 2015.  We plan to host more than 100 paper and poster presentations from scholars around the world on issues related to aging in the context of family life.  The multinational flavor of this forum will provide a stimulating environment to engage in rich scholarly exchanges regarding research and policies related to families in later life.  We will have three notable keynote speakers—Andrew Cherlin, Ingrid Connidis, and Martin Kohli—as well as leisure excursions built into the program of activities.  We warmly welcome you attend the conference to see colleagues, make new friends, and enjoy the natural beauty of upstate New York.

With best wishes,

Merril Silverstein, Cantor Professor of Aging
